The importance of Information and Communication Technologies is vital and at Herries we have installed interactive Smart Boards© and data projectors to ensure that teaching and learning can benefit from a multi-media approach.

The ICT suite is equipped with powerful PC’s and the latest office and educational software.  Pupils across the age range have dedicated ICT lessons as well as using the ICT suite for cross-curricular work in other subjects.

These solid foundations are built upon in stimulating ways.  The wealth of applications allows children to gain skills that prepare them well for their future.  By the time pupils leave Herries they are experienced and independent users of ICT, able to make decisions about the best resources to use for a task.
