Herries School is registered for Early Years funding which is currently available for all 3 and 4 year olds attending a registered setting within the RBWM (up to a maximum of 15 hrs a week) and eligible parents of children who have turned 2 before 1 September 2024 can also claim 15 hours of government funding which can be used as part payment of Herries fees.

Fees are inclusive of swimming tuition, if applicable, sports transport, morning snacks, homework clubs and personal accident insurance.
A discount is given for second, third and subsequent children attending school at the same time.

We are able to offer all children extended day care from 8am to 5.30pm.

We offer a variety of after school clubs and sports activities – fencing, tennis, seasonal sport, arts and crafts (create club), dance, film making, cookery, science, coding, chess and board games, yoga, Young Entrepreneur

Parents are reminded that fees are due in full by the first day of term. We only accept bank transfers. We are not able to accept cash due to money laundering regulations.

By special arrangement, school fees and lunches can be paid by 9 monthly Standing Order payments commencing at the start of each academic year. The 9 months’ plan runs from September to May. Please contact the Bursar if you wish to use this option.

A surcharge of 2% per month or part thereof is made for late payment of invoices.

Childcare vouchers can be used as payment towards school fees whilst your child is in Nursery. They can also be used for extended day and after school activities which are run by the school. Childcare vouchers cannot be used for education visits.

Please note that a full term’s written notification of the intention to withdraw a child is required.
