Fees are inclusive of swimming tuition, if applicable, sports transport, morning snacks, homework clubs and personal accident insurance.

A discount is given for second, third and subsequent children attending school at the same time.

 

NURSERY (34 weeks) FEES 2025-2026

Termly Fees, exempt from VAT, with effect from September 2025.

Herries School is registered for Early Years funding which is currently available for all 3 and 4 year olds attending a registered setting within the RBWM (up to a maximum of 15 hrs a week) and eligible parents of children who have turned 2 before 1 September 2025 can also claim 15 hours of government funding which can be used to reduce Herries fees.

 

 NURSERY (47.2 weeks) FEES 2025-2026

Term dates are as follows:

Mon 1 Sep to Fri 21 December 2025 – 16 weeks

Mon 5 January to Thu 1 April 2026 – 12 weeks and 4 days

Tue 7 April to Fri 14 August 2026 - 18 weeks and 2 days (closed for 2 May holidays – 4 and 25 May 2026)

Children can attend fewer days than listed above, as we offer flexibility in the choice of sessions and days of the week, please contact admissions@herries.org.uk for further details of annual fees.

Extended Day

We are able to offer all children extended day care from 7:45am to 6pm.

We offer a variety of after school clubs and sports activities – fencing, tennis, seasonal sport, arts and crafts (create club), dance, film making, cookery, science, coding, chess and board games, yoga, Young Entrepreneur

Parents are reminded that fees are due in full by the first day of term. We only accept bank transfers. We are not able to accept cash due to money laundering regulations. Childcare vouchers can be used as payment towards school fees whilst your child is in Nursery. They can also be used for extended day and after school activities which are run by the school. Childcare vouchers cannot be used for education visits.

 

By special arrangement, school fees and lunches can be paid by 10 monthly Standing Order payments commencing at the start of each academic year. The 10 months’ plan runs from September to June. Please contact the bursar@herries.org.uk, if you wish to use this option.

A surcharge of 2% per month or part thereof is made for late payment of invoices.

Please note that a full term’s written notification of the intention to withdraw a child is required to avoid fees in lieu of notice.
